What characteristics do you value most in a friend?
The thing i value most in a friend is honesty. I have had some horrible friendships in the short time i have been in this world. Frienships should have trust, loyalty, honesty, and love. It should be all about being around that person and being happy, and lastly, it is about making connections and being there for these people in their times of need.
I recently decided that it wasnt a good thing to be around my old best friend. She used me for money, treated me horribly, and all around just was not a good person who made bad decisions. Now, when I finally decided that it was done, it opened up my life to three wonderful people. They are some of the best friends anyone could ask for.
What they have is honesty, respect, love, and i feel i can trust them. I hope that everyone in their life gets to have a friendship in their life as amazing as mine are.
